General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for cooperation with Immoplug www.immoplug.de
- Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the use of the services of Immoplug (hereinafter “Immoplug”) by users of the website www.immoplug.de. By using the services offered, users declare their agreement with these GTC.
- Contractual partner
The contract is concluded with the company Immoplug, Rankenstraße 24, 10789 Berlin, represented by the Managing Directors Ben Kiehl and Nikolai Reuther.
- Services
Immoplug offers virtual tours, photos & videos, drone videos and measurements & surveys. The specific services can be found in the respective product descriptions on the website www.immoplug.de.
- Conclusion of contract
The presentation of services on the website www.immoplug.de does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order, users are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Immoplug accepts the offer. Acceptance is effected by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user.
- Prices and terms of payment
The prices for the services can be found in the respective product descriptions on the website www.immoplug.de. All prices include the statutory value added tax. Payment shall be made by bank transfer or other payment methods specified on the website. Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
- Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, as the services offered by Immoplug are services in connection with leisure activities.
- Rights of use
Users receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the virtual tours, photos, videos, drone videos and measurements & surveys created as part of the purchased services. Any use beyond the contractually agreed use, in particular reproduction, distribution or making available to the public, is prohibited without the express consent of Immoplug.
- Disclaimer for measurements
Immoplug expressly points out that the measurements and measurements taken are made to the best of its knowledge and belief, but that deviations due to technical reasons cannot be ruled out. In particular, Immoplug accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness or correctness of the measured data.
Users accept that measurements and measurements may show deviations due to external influences such as weather conditions, technical conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances. Immoplug is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in the measurements taken.
- Data protection and legal responsibility of customers

- Conflicts and disputes

The involvement of a neutral third party, such as a mediator, may also be considered for this purpose.
